About
Who I am & how I work
Introduction
I'm a developer who builds custom analytics platforms for growing businesses. Over the past 15 years I've worked across a wide range of industries — personal emergency response, sales agencies, marketing agencies, insurance, finance, and real estate. The common thread is always the same: a team sitting on valuable data spread across CRMs, ad platforms, billing systems, and spreadsheets, with no single place to see what's actually happening in the business.
I build to spec rather than force-fitting an off-the-shelf BI tool or agency template — every engagement starts with your actual data sources and ends with a platform shaped around how your team really works. One notable project: for a personal-emergency-response subscription business, I built a full reporting platform spanning every business unit — sales, marketing, finance, and operations — integrating every tool and data source they used into one place, including a live retention and churn model turning fragmented billing and support data into cohort-level MRR reporting the leadership team could act on daily.
What I Do
Data Integration
Connect CRMs, billing systems, field ops tools, and spreadsheets into a single source of truth — BigQuery, Supabase, or your existing warehouse.
Dashboards & Reporting
Interactive, real-time dashboards built for the way your team actually works — not generic BI templates.
Process Automation
Automate the manual reporting, reconciliation, and data-entry work that eats up your team's week.
Stakeholder-Ready Delivery
From technical data models to board-ready summaries — I translate raw numbers into decisions non-technical stakeholders can act on.
Real-World Automations & Data Warehousing
This isn't a familiarity checklist — these are platforms I've built live automations and reporting pipelines against for real clients: syncing leads and deal stages, reconciling billing and payouts, and pulling ad spend and call data into a single warehouse teams actually query.

How I Work
01
Discovery
Understand your data sources, current reporting pain points, and what decisions the platform needs to support.
02
Build
Stand up the data pipeline and a working dashboard your team can react to early and often.
03
Iterate
Refine based on real usage — add views, tighten metrics, and wire in new data sources as they come up.
04
Hand Off
Ship a platform your team owns, with documentation and a clean codebase — no black boxes.
